Moisture Image Series Hygrometers Exothermic Base Gas Moisture Monitoring with Moisture Image Series Hygrometers
Accurately monitoring moisture in exothermic base gases is very useful in heat treating, annealing, polishing, carburizing, and welding applications for steel, stainless steel, titanium and other alloys. Every gas line going into and coming out of each furnace can be monitored. In the event of high moisture levels, the feed gas can be recirculated through the desiccant bed dryers before entering the furnace or alternative dry inerting gas sources can be switched on. Continuous monitoring of moisture with the hygrometer reduces downtime and maintenance costs, resulting in products with a better finish.
Flue Gas Analyzer Vertical Flue Gas Analyzer - The Energy Saver
Cement manufacturing plants can use this gas analyzer to measure the oxygen concentration in fuel gases. This analyzer helps maintain efficient combustion and also minimizes pollution. This helps in saving energy and ensuring that the kiln does not run at too low a temperature, which would impact product quality. The Ex-situ Vertical Flue Gas Analyzer configured with a high temperature probe (1200°C rating), linearized output, mounted in a sample system is able to handle the rigors of the application without a blowback system, thus keeping costs low and satisfying all of the customers needs.

Hygrometer Hydrogen Annealing Ovens Hygrometer - For a Fine Finish
This results in an undesirable surface finish on the product. The microprocessor-based hygrometer with compatible moisture sensors can be used to monitor the moisture content in the hydrogen gas. The SS04B sample system is recommended for samples from the oven. Monitoring of moisture by using this hygrometer eliminates high-moisture hydrogen, and subsequently results in the bright annealing of metals such as stainless steel.
Gas Analyzer Gas Analyzer - Furnace Atmospheres
The thermal conductivity gas analyzer along with the heat-treating furnace atmospheres provide an excellent solution to measure the hydrogen content in heat-treating applications. This system requires very little maintenance and can even be set up with automatic calibration to provide a completely hands off system for the customer.
