NTC Thermistors NTC Thermistors: Small and Sturdy
This is a range of epoxy-coated chips with insulated 0.25mm monel lead-wires that allow limited heat conduction and high voltage insulation. These thermistors have small body size, tight tolerances on resistance, and B value. They can be used in temperatures ranging up to 155°C with excellent stability and fast display responding capabilities. They are best suited for automotive, HVAC, and white goods applications to ensure accurate temperature measurement, control, and compensation.

The Oven/Furnace Sensor OVHT (A-1288) belongs to the range of high-temperature probes. It can be used as a part of an oven temperature control system or a protection device. It is designed for both residential and commercial oven use. This sensor can be used for similar applications in commercial drying and curing ovens as well as furnaces. The OVHT probe tip and probe extensions are constructed of stainless steel to withstand temperature extremes of modern self-cleaning ovens, with a maximum operating temperature of 550°C.

This cost-effective thermistor NC08 is a 05-size surface mount ceramic chip model that displays high sensitivity to temperature changes. These thermistors are suitable for measuring, controlling, and compensating temperature. Additionally, they are best suited for wave and re-flow soldering. The standard resistance tolerances down to ±3%. They can operate in a wide temperature range of -50°C to 125°C. The thermistors have a rugged construction and Palladium-silver terminations.

It can be used for heating applications such as contact lens cleaner kits, medical equipment, in-line diesel fuel heaters, and LCD heaters. It can also be used for temperature stabilization of electronic components. The thermistor element acts both as a heater as well as a thermostat. The disc thermistor can be used for clamp contacting or soldering. It is available in a broad range of resistances and transition temperatures with alternative configurations, contact materials, resistances, and transition temperatures.
