GE Introduces Kaye ValProbe® Single Reader

North Billerica, Massachusetts, May 23, 2005 - GE Infrastructure Sensing, a leading provider of process validation and monitoring instrumentation, announces its Kaye ValProbe™ Single Reader. The Single Reader makes the powerful ValProbe system practical for applications requiring a modest number of data points. Powered directly from a laptop personal computer connection, the compact Single Reader is ideally suited for use in the field.

“Customers with smaller sterilizers and chambers have expressed keen interest in the original ValProbe system, but for many applications its capacity is an overkill solution. We can now deliver the utility of the ValProbe technology at a greatly reduced price point, opening the door to new applications and markets,” said Tim Wortley, global product manager for GE Infrastructure’s pharmaceutical business.

The compact Single Reader, shipped with the latest ValProbe V1.36 software, provides intuitive study setup, data retrieval, and comprehensive post-study reporting capabilities. In addition, the system is designed to satisfy international regulatory requirements including 21 CFR Part 11, EN 285 and EN 584.
